We were asked to organize all logistics for the guests, the production venue of the conference, best image hostesses of the island, transfers during the conferences. We also helped with the event farewell party, sourcing the venue, contracting the dj and catering for all guests. It was the first conference of many more to come, a successful event that will remain in all minds.
