Kenton and Hassiba approached The Shop with the dream of celebrating their wedding across four days, with three hundred guests, at five distinct locations in Ibiza. The brief comprised a beach-club meet-and-greet occasion, a Hollywood-meets-Bollywood style party, a world festival-themed event and a final private pool party.
 
The Shop’s team demonstrated how the couple’s vision could become a practical reality by creating 3D renders of the proposed events and sourcing the perfect venues. We designed and supplied staging, audio, stage-lighting, projection mapping and special effects for each site, supplemented by the world’s largest bubble machine, lasers, CO2 jets, fibre-optics, LED site-lighting, giant heliosphere, spark machines and more. More than 70 performers were recruited and choreographed for the various events and on a stage inspired by Burning Man, UK band The Egg performed a version of the couple’s favourite song, accompanied by dedicated, synchronised video content. A specialist team was deployed at each location and the infrastructure ran seamlessly.
 
We also supplied, co-ordinated and budgeted transport, catering, event licensing, entertainment and gift sourcing, as well as providing all graphic design requirements and devising a web-based reservation and RSVP system for guests. Our in-house theatrical team designed and handcrafted multiple props for the various locations.

The production of wristbands and the development, design and production of bespoke passports, as well as assistance with script-writing for the gala dinner, were just a few of the extra services we provided. The couple were delighted with their celebrations, and our teams enjoyed helping to bring the ultimate romantic adventure to life.
